Belf is well known for being pretty useless racials for pvp, they're pretty much only roled for astheatic reasons.
Goblins have rocket jump which is incredible for escaping a sticky situation, and they also have a casting speed racial. Goblin appears to have the best racials atm.
Troll and Orc r both much better raicals than Belf. Trolls have The Voodoo Shuffle which has been updated to be a 15% CC reduction and Berserking which is like a mini-lust/Power Infusion.
Warstomp is great utility for any class imo, and since priests have no stun then it's even better.
WotF can easily be replaced by a trinket or even fear ward as it really only breaks fears and seduce in PvP. For Undead, WotF is a great extra to get out of fear, charm and sleep effects and we also have a shadow resist.
Rocket boots are great for getting out of a blade storm or just gibbing a rogue after they Step, plus the haste racial means you can put some extra points into spirit (mp5/hit (for Shadow Priests)) or crit.
Berserk is great for getting off attacks faster while you also get DVS which helps get out of roots and snares a second faster and you get a boost when attacking hunter pets with beast slayer.
Arcane Torrent have a stun and is useful for quick silences in melee (really only useful againt shamans and paladins) and it restores a small amount of mana.
Blood elves have Arcane Torrent which is great for a little chunk of mana that may save your butt and it also silences those within range of you once casted.
The rocket jump on goblin is pretty awesome, but Orc racials are probably the strongest and WoTF cant be underestimated either. Besides, if ganking is going to be your main theme, go undead, stealing a crafty, completely honourless kill and /lol 'ing on the corpse with the undead laugh before vanishing is one of the worst things that can happen to you! All the races have helpful pvp racials, choose the one you prefer. Or make a priest of every race! They're just that fun.
