It true that bear has only 1 spawn point but it right next to quest hub and has long respawn timer.I found Skoll the other night without camping. I was surprised. I would recommend looking for the Spirit Beasts when there are not a lot of people on the servers because you will have less competition. If you look for Loque you may come across some of the other rare spawns in Sholazar Basin, which could be a bonus if you also want any of them. Just look at the spawn points on Wowhead and you should find them once they spawn.
Technically the bear in Grizzly Hills is easiest, since he spawns at the same spot, and doesn’t move much. Practically – there’ll be few other hunters camping that spot all the time, at least on my server, though it’s the busiest one in EU, so it depends.
